How to choose bettwen react-hook-form and useActionState form to handle forms?

Developing this application i've come across situations when i had to choose which way i would handle forms, there are more than these 2 ways but they seem to be the "best" ones, i've chosen react-form-hook because it provided a better development but i'm not sure if it was the right choice
